The tomato crisis between Turkey and Russia ends from next year.
The Russian news agency Interfax, according to report, said that tomato imports will be allowed from next year. Interfax wrote that amount to be imported from Turkey would be at least 50 thousand tonnes.
Russian state president Vladimir Putin met with President Tayyip Erdogan in Ankara last week. After talks, Economy Minister Nihat Zeybekci said restrictions on tomato imports from Turkey were expected to soon be lifted.
