If connection line is being serviced by consumer, connection line will be transferred to distribution company for operational and maintenance liability, and no connection fees are received from se consumers.
If connection line is being built by distribution company, connection fee, medium voltage and low voltage of user to be connected separately for connection force and distance values of line is valid in period will be calculated by taking into consideration fees of Board approved investment unit.
If re is still a connection line for more than one consumer, connection price calculated over total connection power of structure will be reflected in consumers ' connection forces by calculating relevant consumers. The connection fee will be paid to respective distribution company at one time in accordance with relevant regulations and connection agreements by consumers and on current fees.
On or hand, if both overhead and underground cables are used on an electrical connection line, unit will be calculated by taking into consideration length of both lines when calculating price.
Companies will not be able to claim any compensation from consumers receiving connection services, except as determined by decision of EPDK.
