Spring Job record creation: 469,900 jobs

Unemployment went down in spring. There were 306,000 people less who were looking for employment between April and June, according to active population survey for second quarter of year. So unemployment rate has been in slightly more than 15.28%.

It has also improved or side of labour market, that of employment. In previous three months, 469,900 jobs have been created and 19,340,000 of occupied bar has been exceeded. "It is largest quarterly increase in occupations observed in historical series EPA," says National Institute of Statistics.

The second quarter of year is one of good ones in labor market. At Easter we must add high season of tourism, great motor of employment in recent years.

The occupation increases this quarter in services (371,400 more), under construction (63,400) and in Industry (46,400). It only falls on Agricultua (11,300). By autonomous Communities, employment increases in all Autonomous Communities. The largest increase is in Balearic Islands (85,400), Andalusia (64,700) and Catalonia (57,200).

The fall in unemployment would be higher than increase in active population in this quarter. The number of assets increases by 163,900, up to 22,834,200, and activity rate goes up to 58.80%.
