The four members of Decapitated, a band of Polish death metal, were arrested in Los Angeles last Wednesday, after a woman wrongly accused of kidnap her after a concert of group in Spokane (Washington), 31st of August, and raping her while y kept it on hold on your bus. Deapitated has issued a statement through his profile on Facebook, to defend mselves: “even Though we are not human beings perfect, we are not kidnappers, rapists or criminals. Therefore, desmentimos with force, charges recently directed against us.”

Decapitated is considered as one of bands most well-known of “technical death metal”, a sub-genre within metal music. A wizard to his concert on 31st of August holds that she was invited, along with a friend, to bus that housed band for a few drinks. Meanwhile, his friend was pushed to ground and beaten after refusing to give oral sex to singer Rafał Piotrowski, always according to story that both made to police after what happened, published by british newspaper Guardian. The agents left evidence in his report that woman had abrasions and bruises on arms, reports specialized NME.

“we Ask you all to reserve your judgement until re is a final verdict, because charges still have not been presented. At appropriate time, we will present evidence and testimony, and we have faith in that process,” writes band. While, Decapitated have canceled ir tour, and temporarily suspended its activity on social networks. The defense attorney of group, Steve Graham, argues that re is "anor side" of story: "We have witnesses who can confirm that accuser went to visit band by his own will and left on good terms".
