A captain of Air Force has lost his life by crashing along base of Los Llanos (Albacete), when he returned from participating in Air Parade on October 12th in Madrid. The fighter was doing approximation maneuver to land on base when it crashed for still unknown causes, according to Ministry of Defense. The pilot, Captain Borja Aybar, was unable to jump from apparatus. It was one of four eurofighters of Wing 14, which, along with four ors from 11th wing, based in Morón de la Frontera (Sevilla), had participated in parade.

According to eyewitnesses, accident occurred in 12.09 when four Eurofighters carried out maneuver of approximation to base and one of m was precipitated against ground. The impact caused a fire and a great smoke. The accesses to base of plains have been cut.
