The eight exadvisors of Generalitat imprisoned by independence process will request this Tuesday to testify before Supreme Court. Four members of PDeCAT — Jordi Turull, Josep Rull, Joaquim Forn and Meritxell Borràs — and four ors of same — Raül Romeva, Dolors Bassa, Carles Mundó and Exvice President Oriol Junqueras — remain in prison since last November 2 for crimes of Rebellion, sedition and embezzlement. The judge of national audience Carmen Lamea sent m to prison for pushing process of rupture with state, which culminated unilateral Declaration of Independence (DUI) of September 27.

But Friday opened for m a possibility: Supreme Court announced that it took cause of rebellion against Catalan government. Also, one that until n instructed national audience against leaders of two main independent organizations: Jordi Sànchez, leader of Catalan National Assembly (ANC), and Jordi Cuixart, of Òmnium Cultural.
