The defences of PDeCAT's exadvisors shall seek to redeclare, this time before Supreme Court. The ex-advisers envisage to state in that declaration ir compliance with application of article 155 of Constitution as a way to achieve release and to participate in election campaign.

According to sources of defense, PDeCAT's expositions will argue that re is no risk of evidence destruction or criminal recurrence, so it makes no sense to keep m in prison. ERC's exadvisors, for ir part, are also valuing wher y provide a statement

The Exconsellrs remain in pre-trial detention by order of judge of national audience Carmen Lamea who investigates m by rebellion, after an appearance before magistrate in which y accepted ir right to answer only questions of ir defense.
