The Official Gazette of state has published this Saturday morning cessation of police chief of Mossos D'Esquadra, major Josep Lluís but, through an order from Ministry of Interior. The dismissal, which was not announced this Friday, is signed by minister, Juan Ignacio Zoido, who assumes competences corresponding to Catalan Interior Ministry in application of measures approved by Senate under Article 155 of Constitution. The largest of autonomic police joins also deposed César Puig, secretary general of Department of Interior; And Pere Soler, director general of Catalan police.

Soler took his destitution immediately after President Mariano Rajoy communicated it in a public appearance after extraordinary Council of Ministers on Friday. In a letter addressed to Mossos, already exdirector general of autonomic police criticized judicial process open against people. "It is being extraordinarily unfair," he wrote to agents, whose "professionalism" he defended in his farewell writing.
