The military operation has been questioned because it places a heavy burden on staff, but also as a result of terrorist attacks against soldiers.The minister for armed forces, Florence Parly, had already announced on Monday, September 11 : security operation Sentinel, established following attacks of January 2015 in Paris, will evolve, maintaining its workforce. The operation Sentinel will refore comprise three levels : a "permanent structure" for security of sensitive sites (schools, places of worship..), tourism, airports or train stations ; a "level-of-capacity-planned" for protection of casual events, sports for example, or seasonal (Christmas, festivals..) ; a "strategic reserve" of 3 000 men.
" It is always 7 000 women and men of our armed forces that will be mobilized, 10,000 in event of a crisis ", completed Gérard Collomb, side of Florence Parly. But se means will be used with more " flexibility ", "responsiveness", "less predictable" and with concern of more planning, a-t-explained in ministry of armed forces.

" we need to be more unpredictable, more discreet, more to maneuver (...) does not allow attacker to have a certain amount of information that would render operation less effective and would expose how useless forces involved ", said minister.
