The attorney general has explained that complaint at national hearing is interposed against members of government because y no longer enjoy aforamiento. The complaint in supreme is presented against members of parliamentary bureau who allowed voting of Declaration of Independence to be processed. The prosecutor does not ask for precautionary measures now, and reserves to do so when y are quoted as "in attention to severity of imputed facts."
Prosecutor General Maza has stated in address, in which he has not allowed question, that defendants acted "in full contempt of Constitution".
The complaint filed with national audience goes against Carles Puigdemont, Oriol Junqueras, Jordi Turul, Raül Romeva, Antoni ate, Josep Rull, Dolors Bassa, Meritxell Borràs, Clara Ponsatí i Obiols, Joaquim Forn, Lluís Puig i Gordi, Carles Mundó, Santiago Vila and Meritxell Serret. The Supreme Court, against Carme Forcadel, Lluís María Corominas, Lluis Guinó, Anna Simó, Ramona Barrufet and Joan Josep Nuet i Pujals. The lawsuits include Vila, despite his resignation, and Nuet, who voted against but participated in vote count in Parlament.
The state attorney general has appeared accompanied by Luis Navajas, chief prosecutor of Supreme Court; Fausto Cartagena, chief prosecutor of inspection; José Miguel de la Rosa, chief Prosecutor of Technical Secretariat and Jesús Alonso, chief prosecutor of national audience.
