The Supreme Court has rejected petition of Generalitat of Catalonia to suspend so securing ir obligation to submit a weekly expense report to ensure that it is not intended for public money to organization of referendum of 1st of October. The vice-president of Catalan government, Oriol Junqueras, said yesterday Thursday that Government that was sending se reports, but before that, Catalan Government had appealed in Supreme agreement of Commission Delegated of Government for Economic Affairs of 21 July 2017, by which is imposed that obligation to autonomous community, and had asked to suspend cautiously while court decided on merits of case.
