Clashes have opposed police of protesters on Saturday 16 September in evening in centre of Ans at end of a rally of some 2,000 people organized to commemorate death of rapper antifascist Pavlos Fyssas. He had been killed four years ago by a sympathizer of neo-nazi group golden Dawn.

The clashes broke out when dozens of protesters wearing balaclavas broke from procession and went towards headquarters of golden Dawn, claiming, to cries of " Pavlos is alive ! Down with nazis ! " closure of premises and arrest of leaders of party of extreme right.

units and trucks of riot police had been deployed in advance to cut off access to building.

anor event is planned for Monday in common working class Keratsini suburb of Ans where Pavlos Fyssas, known on stage under name of Killah P., was stabbed to death on September 18, 2013.
