After nine hours of secretive talks with president of Dominican Republic, Danilo Medina, and former head of Government, José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, Government and venezuelan opposition formed a group of "friendly countries" for an eventual dialogue that will put an end to serious political crisis in oil-rich country.
