The norrn Iraqi regional Kurdish administration declared a week of mourning with death of Jalal Talabani. While flags are halved, Talabani's funeral is scheduled to be buried in city of Sulaymaniyah on Friday. Celal Talabani's health condition was disrupted by a cerebral hemorrhage in Baghdad in 2012. Talabani has been treated in Germany for a long time. The Kurdish leader Jalal Talabani was elected to presidency by Iraqi Assembly after overthrow of Saddam Hussein in 2003. Talabani was first politician elected as Minister of Republic, although he was not Arab in Iraq.
