According to BBC, officials reported that 19 people died in outbreak of hepatitis A a week after emergency proclamation of California Governor Jerry Brown.
Most homeless people have been infected with hepatitis A virus since last November in province.
Brown declared an emergency in Los Angeles, San Diego and Santa Cruz in state of California to prevent outbreak of hepatitis A this weekend.
In San Diego last month, in scope of fight against hepatitis A, some areas of city, especially streets of homeless, were decided to wash regularly with bleach.
The city also explained that 19 thousand people were exceeded for this purpose.
