A flight of Ryanair flying from Lithuania to England, fighter planes were escorted to passenger plane upon emergency signal.
The British Air Force fighter planes have been airborne upon arrival of an emergency signal from Ryanair Airlines ' Kaunas-London expedition.
The plane scheduled to land at Luton Airport in London landed at Stansted Airport, accompanied by fighter planes.
- The British Air Force said that after emergency signal from passenger plane, fighter planes were quickly airborne and that passenger plane was safely landing.
Due to sound speed of fighters, ' sonic explosion ' was heard in east of Britain, while jets were given authority to reach supersonic speed for operational reasons.
