After a night of confusion about conclusion or not of a firm agreement, each has made an update Thursday morning on progress of negotiations.

The american president Donald Trump and heads of opposition democratic party of Congress have announced, Thursday, 14 September, to be close to a final agreement on immigration and border, whose exact content remains to be negotiated. The agreement was drafted during a dinner at White House on Wednesday evening between leader and democrats.

After a night of confusion about conclusion or not of a firm agreement, each has made a point Thursday morning, suggesting that Donald Trump had accepted principle of regularization of hundreds of thousands of young undocumented migrants, in exchange for an act strengning means for protection of border with Mexico, but without funding for construction of a wall.

Just before flying to Florida, american president has done :

" We are working hard on a plan and we'll see how it goes. (...) I think that we're pretty close [to an agreement] but we need a security presence on border. "

Shortly before, he had challenged an advertisement of democrats, writing on Twitter that" no agreement has been found yesterday evening."

" No final agreement "

In aftermath, leaders democrats have issued a press release Thursday clarifying status of negotiations. Senator Chuck Schumer and group leader of House of representatives, Nancy Pelosi, have stated that re was " no final agreement ".

" We agreed that president supports inclusion in legislation of protections [of program] DACA [Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals], and for that it pushes House and Senate to act." The program DACA, recently removed, allowed to give papers temporary at close to 800 000 young illegal immigrants.

" It remains to negotiate details of security at border, common goal is to finalise all details as soon as possible. Although each camp has accepted that wall was not part of agreement, president insisted that he would continue to demand it later, and we repeated that we would resist it. "

And democrats quote items that can be part of final agreement, including funding of drones, aircraft, sensors, and repair of roads and border to secure border with Mexico.

Donald Trump has put an end on 5 September programme DACA, calling on Congress to enact laws in six months to resolve situation of se young, potentially under threat of expulsion.
